I hope they don't go out of business. Not sure about their business model, but so far, I've been very pleased with the service.

If you hook this up as your main router, it's the easiest, but this unit is very slow at routing. Hooking it up behind another router requires some configuration on the router (opening specific ports). Once that is done, and QOS is set appropriately...
