Previous user complained that phone did not come with power adapter. This is common place for PoE devices. Power adapter for this phone is listed under LinkSys here. You are looking for the PA100-NA if you do not have a PoE source.

This phone replaces the Linksys SPA942 and is compatible with the SPA9000 PBX. If you are familiar with the SPA942 then setting up this phone is a doddle. However if you dont use the POE then you will need a PA100 PSU which is an extra £6.
